Recently Amanda Lee revealed that what Kim likes to do while works out and that is HIT, which called High-Intensity Interval is training. This is not an easy thing to do, but Kim was very passionate about her weight loss, so she was ready to do every difficult or hard task.

She said that she never try to do cardio exercise because the work out which she does always take your heart rate very high. Cardio exercises are not recommended. It’s already a very high-intensity exercise in which your heart rate always stays up.

It is far better than cardio exercise because while doing this your heart rate is also stays up with this. Your all other body parts toning and tightening at the same time. So you can shape your other body parts and maintain your rate as well with this workout.

She shaped her body in a nice way

Last year, Kim’s nutritionist revealed that what diet plan Kim has to shape her curves and keep her figure in check. She said that she always wanted to gain more proteins and avoid sugar. She said that your body needs only 1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar at a time. If you take more sugar then it will convert into fats. This is the main reason for gaining fats. Kim followed her diet plan and shaped her body in a nice way.
