After 35th birthday of glamorous singer Cheryl, she announced news of her separation with one direct superstar Liam Payne. Singer, 35, announced this news on Sunday evening. It’s been two and half years that Cheryl and Liam were living together in their £5 million Surrey mansion. Although, they didn’t get married but share a baby son Bear.
Her Sunday evening tweet was:
‘We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It’s been a tough decision for us to make. ‘We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.’
After few moments, one direction star Liam 24, also declared the same news on his tweet. He tweeted this post on his own twitter fan page. Moreover, the star has already left their Surrey mansion a week ago.
Sources said that Liam, 24, and Cheryl, 35 are on separate phases of life. They tried hard to keep their relationship intact but cannot hold the storm and ends up with a sad separation. Well, she still cares for him, and he still loves and respects her as a family. They hold on their relationship for little baby Bear. But now they have openly declared that their sweet two and half year relationship is over.
Liam talked to a magazine regarding their splitting as:
‘The funniest thing [about the speculation was that] a week before we were getting married. The next week we’re splitting up.’
‘For me, I just like to think we’re somewhere in the middle. You know, we have our struggles — like of course, I’m not gonna sit here and say that everything’s absolutely fine and dandy, because of course you go through different things, and that’s what a relationship is.’
Cheryl and Liam met first time on the auditions of X – Factor. Well, the chemistry of both stars matched a lot and they fell in a relationship soon. Just a week before their separation, they spent a week together for the sake of some quality time. In order to decide whether they are going to keep their relationship or break it.
These days, Liam was busy roaming around the world, while, Cheryl took care of Bear at home.
Now another interesting question arises that what is going to be the fate of assets the couple share? Their law agents have said that both parties are not law partners. As they are not married and are wealthy individually.
‘We know that Cheryl and Liam are not married but have been living together for some time, and many assume that this makes them common-law partners – but the common law partner myth is just that – a myth.
The fact that they have lived together has no impact on any division of assets. As both parties are independently wealthy, it might be assumed that having a child together also has no impact financially, but there is a considerable disparity in the couple’s reported wealth: Liam’s £50 million to Cheryl’s £20 million* (*Spears magazine). Chris Fairhurst, Partner with McAlister Family Law and a specialist in the field of cohabitation agreements, told.
Cheryl and Liam welcomed their baby son in March 2017, on, mother’s day. Both of them love their son a lot. But yet baby son will stay at mother’s side of course. Their fans felt their forced coordination at Brit awards. And after a week, they broke the silence that declared yes, we are no more in a relationship…
